Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Return Policy:

  • Order cancellation is possible in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
  • Orders can be canceled within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the document containing the details specified in Section 14C(b) of the Consumer Protection Law, whichever is later.
  • Order cancellation must be done in writing by contacting the website team via WhatsApp (+972-052-3491558) or email (info@mrshoes.co).
  • Upon cancellation, the customer will only be charged a cancellation fee not exceeding 5% of the product price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower), in addition to the shipping cost (paid by us, not the customer), packaging cost, handling fees (if any), and payment processing fees.
  • If a product was purchased with free shipping and the customer requests a return, a shipping cost of 50 NIS will be deducted from the refund.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after being placed without explicit approval from the website management.
    Processing begins immediately, including sorting, supplier ordering, and shipment preparation.
  • When canceling an order, the customer must return the product in its original packaging, intact, without damage, defect, spoilage, or signs of use.
  • Returning a product that has been damaged, altered, or its packaging compromised while in the customer’s possession is subject to the website operator’s right to claim compensation for damages.
  • Exchange/return of products purchased on sale is allowed within 5 days of receipt, subject to exchange/return conditions.
  • Products purchased from the outlet category cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • To return/exchange a product, contact the website team via WhatsApp (+972-052-3491558) for instructions.
  • After a product exchange, no refund will be issued.
  • The website does not handle returns for products purchased through another source.
  • No returns are allowed for used products, at the discretion of the website management regarding product usage.
  • This section does not apply to goods and services specified in Section 14C(d) of the Consumer Protection Law.
  • In any situation where there is a discrepancy between our policy and the Consumer Protection Law, the law prevails.
