Shipping and Delivery Policy

The delivery time for the "Mr. Shoes" website is 10–18 business days. Please note that due to market conditions, there may be some delays, and packages may be delayed up to 30 business days.
The supplier is responsible for shipping the product directly to the customer’s delivery address.
Shipping policies are determined by the suppliers for each product, and available shipping methods include: FEDEX / HFD / Registered Mail / Standard Mail.
Most products will arrive via a courier service (FedEx / HFD), and the customer will receive an SMS or phone call from FedEx / HFD to coordinate the delivery.
A product shipped via FedEx will typically arrive at the customer’s address within 1.5 to 2 weeks.
The Website Operator does not ship the products and therefore does not guarantee delivery times.
If customs fees are required, the customer is responsible for payment; the Website has no involvement in this process.
If a product ordered by the customer is not delivered, the customer must contact the Website Operator, who will act as a mediator with the supplier to resolve the issue.
In cases where products from multiple suppliers are ordered, each product will be shipped separately.
