These Terms of Use (hereinafter: "the Terms") define your rights and obligations when using the Website. Please read these terms carefully, as they constitute a binding agreement between you and the Website Operator. Use of the Website indicates your consent to these terms. The terms are written in masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to women. These terms apply to the use of the Website and its services via any communication device.

General

  • The term "user" refers to anyone using the Website in any manner (hereinafter: "the User").
  • If you do not agree to the Terms of Use – please refrain from using the Website.
  • The Terms of Use take precedence over any other content on the Website.
  • These Terms are binding on the parties, their representatives, heirs, and authorized agents.
  • The Website Operator reserves the right to change the Terms of Use without prior notice.
  • Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the Terms.

  • The Content is for personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with fair use principles.

Services Offered and Ordering Process

  • The Website acts as a mediator between buyers and international sellers and suppliers only.
  • Products are ordered from suppliers with payment made through the Website – the Website Operator is not the owner or seller of the products.
  • The Operator does not intervene in transactions between suppliers and users and is not responsible for product quality or delivery times.

Cancellation and Return Policy

  • Orders can be canceled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
  • An order may be canceled up to 14 days from the receipt of the product or relevant document.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email and/or WhatsApp (+972-052-3491558, info@mrshoes.co).
  • Upon cancellation, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or 100 ILS (whichever is lower), as well as shipping, packaging, handling, and payment processing fees.
  • For free shipping orders, 50 ILS will be deducted from the refund.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete, without damage or signs of use.
  • Products purchased during promotions can only be returned/exchanged within 5 days of receipt.
  • Outlet items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returning a product in a damaged condition allows the Website Operator to claim compensation for damages.
  • Sale items can be returned/exchanged within 5 days of receipt.
  • This policy does not apply to goods and services defined under Section 14g(d) of the Consumer Protection Law.
  • In any case of discrepancy between this policy and the law, the law prevails.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Suppliers ship products directly to the customer’s address.
  • Shipping policies are determined by suppliers (e.g., FEDEX, HFD, registered mail, standard mail).
  • Products generally arrive within two weeks via FedEx; standard mail may take 3–4 weeks.
  • The Website Operator does not guarantee delivery times and does not ship products.
  • In case of non-delivery, the customer should contact the Website Operator for supplier follow-up.
  • Orders containing products from different suppliers will be shipped separately.
  • Taxes, customs, VAT, and other fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery time is 10–18 business days, with possible delays up to 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Website Operator is not responsible for the accuracy of Content, whether owned by it or third parties.
  • The Operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages to the user or third parties from the Content.
  • Users should report offensive content, but the Operator is not liable for any resulting damage.
  • The Operator is not responsible for interactions with advertisers or third parties.

Suspension of Use and Indemnification

  • The Website Operator may suspend any user (including IP blocking) for violating the Terms of Use.
  • If the user breaches the Terms, the Operator may disclose their details in legal proceedings.
  • The user will indemnify the Operator for any damage or loss resulting from a breach of the Terms.
