Home size/model exchange service!
To return the product or exchange the size, the customer must send the product to the company's warehouse within 5 days
of receiving the product.
All costs involved in exchanging the product will be borne by the customer.
The exchange will be made with the product in its original packaging, including the box and all accompanying items. The company will not process products that are not returned as new.
For used products, no refund/exchange will be accepted – subject to the company's discretion as to whether the product has been used.
Returns:
A transaction cannot be cancelled after an order has been placed, only after the product has been received.
(If the transaction was made by credit card/PayPal, the customer will be charged a processing fee.)
A transaction may be cancelled up to 5 days after receiving the product – minus 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, plus shipping costs.
Our delivery times are between 8-18 business days to your door with a private courier.
