Product Return / Size Exchange
- The customer must send the product to the company’s warehouse within 5 days of receiving the product for a return or size exchange.
- All costs associated with exchanging the product will be borne by the customer.
- The exchange will be processed only if the product is in its original packaging, including the box and all accompanying items. The company will not process products returned in a condition other than new.
- For used products, no refund or exchange will be accepted – subject to the company management’s discretion regarding product usage.
- Returns: An order cannot be canceled after it has been placed, only after receiving the product. (If the payment was made by credit card or PayPal, the customer will be charged a processing fee.)
- An order can be canceled within 5 days of receiving the product – minus 5% of the order amount or 100₪, whichever is lower, plus shipping costs.

How will the delivery reach me?
We work with the global shipping company FEDEX. Deliveries are made to your home! Before arrival, you will receive an SMS from the shipping company to coordinate delivery, and on the delivery day, the courier will contact you.
The size doesn’t fit; how can I exchange it?
If you want to exchange for another pair or change the size, please notify us via Instagram or WhatsApp and then simply send us the package. Once we receive the shoes, we will send you a new shipment as soon as possible! (Provided the product and box are not damaged).
How can I pay on the website?
Payment methods on the website include: credit card, Bit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Other payment options are available, such as bank transfer, Apple Pay, PayBox, and cash transfer via the post office. If you wish to use these methods, please send us a private message on Instagram or WhatsApp.

Yes, not all products are listed on the website yet. We update models and colors daily as they become available in stock. To order them, simply send us a message on Instagram or WhatsApp.
